I offer flexible hours to meet your needs and am available for in-person sessions Monday through Friday. Each therapy session is 45 minutes.
Telehealth sessions are available via Sessions Health for clients who prefer virtual appointments. Please indicate your preference during the referral process.
My fees are consistent with those of other licensed mental health professionals in the area. Session rates and payment terms will be discussed during the initial contact. Please reach out for current rates.
I do not participate in any HMO or managed care panels. However, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill for submission to your insurance or HSA/FSA provider.
Please check with your insurance provider before starting therapy to determine your mental health benefits. Depending on your plan, reimbursement may range from 20% to 80% of the session fee.
FSA and HSA payments are accepted.
Please provide at least three (3) business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
This practice operates on a fee-for-service basis. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Once a session has occurred, fees are non-refundable. If you have concerns about the services provided, please contact Patrick directly to discuss.
